Buying a house can be extremely tedious and overwhelming. When I felt like giving up(which I did on several occasions) Gladys’ would tell me to relax and not stress. She was very detail oriented and broke it down in buyer’s language. She’s an awesome person, very professional and on time with returning calls and follow-ups. I got weekly updates and she also extended herself after hours to accommodate me.
